Monthly requests

Each month, depending on your plan, you are allotted a set amount of SMS credits for the month. You can check these limits here.

Each invitation credit represents one request to a customer and includes all follow-up efforts, regardless of the type of request.

For example:

• If you send an SMS request to a customer and they then receive a follow-up SMS reminder, it will count as one SMS invitation.

• If you send an SMS request and our follow-up system sends an email invitation and then a reminder SMS, it will count as one SMS credit.

At the beginning of each month, your allocated monthly invitations will be refreshed, giving you the flexibility to use them at your own pace. Keep in mind that any unused credits will not be carried over, so make sure to use them all up before the month ends.
