Collect a review from a single customer
Welcome to our guide on how to request a review from a single customer.
Let's jump in.
Log in to your GoodReviews account and navigate to Review Requests > Get Reviews > Single Customer.
Firstly, select how you would like to send a review invitation, either by SMS or Email.
Enter the customer's first name, phone number, or email address, and check the permission boxes.
Click the "Send Invite" button.
Congratulations, you have successfully sent a review request to a single customer!
