What Are Pending Review Requests and How to Manage Them
If your SMS credits run out while sending review requests, Goodreviews automatically saves those unsent invites in a Pending Review Requests queue—so you don’t lose the opportunity to collect reviews later.
📍 Where to Find It
Go to:
Dashboard > Review Requests > Pending Reviews
There, you’ll see a table with:
- The customer name and contact info 
- The method (e.g., SMS) 
- The original date the request was meant to be sent 
- The message content 
✅ What You Can Do
Once you top up your SMS credits or upgrade your plan, you can:
- Bulk Resend all pending review requests 
- Individually resend or dismiss queued invites 
- Filter, sort or search through the list 
This gives you full control over how and when you follow up with those customers.
🔄 When Does It Refill?
Pending requests become sendable as soon as:
- Your next billing cycle starts and your SMS credits refresh 
- OR you purchase top-up SMS credits 
- OR you upgrade your plan (which gives you a full new credit allotment immediately) 
💡 Tip:
To avoid pending requests altogether, you can monitor your SMS credit balance at the bottom of your dashboard and through automated alerts when you're running low.
