What Are Pending Review Requests and How to Manage Them
If your SMS credits run out while sending review requests, Goodreviews automatically saves those unsent invites in a Pending Review Requests queue—so you don’t lose the opportunity to collect reviews later.
📍 Where to Find It
Go to:
Dashboard > Review Requests > Pending Reviews
There, you’ll see a table with:
The customer name and contact info
The method (e.g., SMS)
The original date the request was meant to be sent
The message content
✅ What You Can Do
Once you top up your SMS credits or upgrade your plan, you can:
Bulk Resend all pending review requests
Individually resend or dismiss queued invites
Filter, sort or search through the list
This gives you full control over how and when you follow up with those customers.
🔄 When Does It Refill?
Pending requests become sendable as soon as:
Your next billing cycle starts and your SMS credits refresh
OR you purchase top-up SMS credits
OR you upgrade your plan (which gives you a full new credit allotment immediately)

To avoid pending requests altogether, you can monitor your SMS credit balance at the bottom of your dashboard and through automated alerts when you're running low.
