Resynchronizing your Google location
In this guide, we're going to walk you through the process of resynchronizing your Google location on Goodreviews, should you ever need to.
Before anything else, let's make sure you've granted our email, email@example.com, the necessary permissions on your Google Business Profile. If you haven't done this yet, follow these simple steps.
Log into your account and navigate to 'Account > Profile Settings'.
Find the 'Google Linked Account' section and click on 'Edit'.
Now, we'll need to reaffirm the access for Google's API. To do this:
Identify the email address that has owner privileges for your Google Business Profile and click on it. If you're unsure which email is linked to these permissions, we have a handy article here that can help.
After selecting the correct email, click on 'Continue'.
Following these steps, Goodreviews will establish a connection with Google, and then you'll be redirected to your dashboard.
To verify that your location has been successfully synced, follow the path 'Account > Location'. You should see your location details here.
