How do we deduplicate
Our system has a feature that automatically prevents customers from receiving review invitations if they have already received one within a 6-month period. This helps avoid spamming customers and ensures that they do not receive multiple requests to review their purchases.
By implementing this feature, customers who purchase from you on a daily basis will not receive review requests every day. Additionally, if you accidentally input someone's email or phone number twice, you can rest assured that they will not be spammed with review requests.
Furthermore, if our system has already sent a review request via ARR or Square, and you accidentally send another request to the same customer, they will not receive it.
Overall, this feature is designed to protect your customers from receiving too many review requests and ensures that your business maintains a positive relationship with them.
